Terms of service

1. General terms

These terms of service govern the use of the AlfaERP business software (hereinafter the Service). The Service is provided by Tresoor Tarkvara OÜ (registry code 10501507, Estonia).

By starting to use the Service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of the Service

AlfaERP is business software that includes:

  • Accounting and financial management
  • Payroll
  • Warehouse management
  • Human resources (HRM)
  • Document management and e-invoices
  • A private AI assistant

3. User account

Using the Service requires registering an account. The user is responsible for the security of their sign-in credentials. Where eID-based authentication is used, Estonia's national identity standards apply.

4. Ownership of data

Your data belongs to you. Tresoor Tarkvara OÜ acquires no right whatsoever to the data entered into the Service by the user. With an on-premise deployment, all data resides on the user's own server.

5. Availability of the Service

We make reasonable efforts to keep the Service continuously available. With the Ultra plan we guarantee an SLA of 99.9%. We give at least 24 hours' notice of planned maintenance.

6. Payments and billing

The prices of the Service are set out in the price list. Billing is monthly. The payment term is 14 days from the issue of the invoice. No payment obligation arises during the free trial period.

7. Termination

The user may stop using the Service at any time. On termination we ensure the export of the data within a reasonable time. Storing data after the contract ends is not included in the price of the Service — it is a separate service covered by its own annual agreement. In the absence of such an agreement, the data is deleted after the export period ends.

8. Limitation of liability

Tresoor Tarkvara OÜ is liable only for direct, proven damage. Liability is capped at the total service fees paid by the user over the preceding 12 months.

9. Governing law

These terms of service are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia. Disputes are settled in Harju County Court.

10. Changes to the terms

We reserve the right to amend these terms. We give at least 30 days' notice of changes by email.
