Everything you need — in one place

Professional business software that grows with your company

Employee self-service

Employees see their own things immediately, not an empty dashboard

You sign in with an ID-card, Smart-ID or Mobiil-ID. The landing page shows the documents awaiting your approval, your own applications, today's roster and your latest payslip straight away — not dashboard widgets nobody looks at. Approving an application is a qualified digital signature, not an OK button. The approval rights of someone on leave pass to their substitute automatically.

  • Sign in with ID-card, Smart-ID, Mobiil-ID or Azure ID
  • Documents awaiting approval right on the landing page
  • Applications carry a qualified digital signature
  • Expense report: photograph the receipt, AI fills the fields
  • Substitutes for the duration of leave
  • Phone, tablet and desktop — installable as an app

Sales

From quote to e-invoice without copying anything by hand

A sales invoice goes out as an e-invoice through RIK, or by email as a PDF. Recurring contracts invoice themselves on schedule, and price lists and customer groups apply automatically. Issuing is an irreversible line — after it an invoice is not edited but credited, and the credit note stays linked to the original. The sales report is a pivot table the user assembles themselves.

  • Sales invoice as an e-invoice via RIK or by email
  • Recurring contracts invoice on schedule
  • Price lists and customer groups
  • Credit notes stay linked to the original invoice
  • Sales report as a pivot table
  • PDF template in your own company design

Purchase invoices

AI reads the invoice, approval runs, payment goes to the bank

The invoice arrives by email or as an e-invoice, and AI reads the supplier, amounts, VAT and lines from it and fills in the form. The expense account is suggested from the company's own earlier practice. From there the document moves through the approval flow according to the rules — every step stays on the timeline, and the substitute of someone on leave gets the rights automatically. Approved invoices go into the payment file.

  • AI reads a machine-readable PDF invoice on its own
  • Rule-based approval flow, every step on a timeline
  • Substitutes receive the rights automatically
  • Expense account suggested from your own past practice
  • Payment order and SEPA file
  • Foreign payments in currency, with exchange differences

Accounting

Entries arise from the business; you handle the exceptions

The chart of accounts follows the Estonian standard and is customisable. The VAT return and INF A and B are generated as XML validated against the schema — errors surface before sending, not after. There are fifteen dimensions and you name each one yourself — cost centre, project, object, transaction partner, or whatever axis your business actually runs on. A closed period cannot receive a backdated entry, and unlocking one leaves an audit trail.

  • Chart of accounts (Estonian standard + customisable)
  • General ledger, turnover register, day journal
  • VAT return + INF A/B as validated XML
  • OSS declaration for EU sales
  • 15 dimensions, each one named by you
  • Period lock with an audit trail

Banking

Bank lines match invoices themselves — and explain why

LHV Connect and Coop Pank talk to the system directly — nobody has to download a statement by hand. From other banks the statement arrives as an XML file. Every match suggestion shows what it was based on — reference number, amount, customer. Importing the same statement twice creates no duplicates.

  • LHV Connect and Coop Pank as direct connections
  • Match suggestions come with the reasoning
  • XML statement import from other banks
  • Re-importing the same statement creates no duplicates
  • Resolving unidentified incoming payments
  • Foreign payments and exchange differences

Warehouse

Stock stays correct even with several batches and prices

From purchase order through goods receipt, stock and picking to delivery. Batch and expiry information travels the whole chain, and the picked quantity is an atomic valuation layer — so stock value and cost stay consistent even when the same item sits in the warehouse in several batches at different prices. Stock value can be reconciled against the general ledger with a single command.

  • Item register: groups, categories, attributes
  • Batches, serial numbers and expiry dates
  • Real-time stock levels and stock movement
  • Scanner-driven workflows (GS1 DataMatrix)
  • Stocktaking as sessions, with adjustment entries
  • Robotic warehouses: Kardex PPS and Pharmatec Sintesi

HR

One HR action → dozens of amendments → one PIN

An employee register and headcount whose history is preserved — you can look at what the headcount was on any given date. The employment contract is signed digitally in the ERP, and the employee signs from an email link, without an account. A mass change (a pay rise for a department, for instance) creates the contract amendments as a batch, which the employer signs with a single Smart-ID PIN.

  • Employee register and headcount with a historical view
  • Employment contract signed digitally — employee needs no account
  • Mass changes: a whole batch with one PIN
  • 7 application types with approval flows
  • Training, competencies, health checks
  • Deadline warnings before, not after

Payroll

From approved hours to bank file and tax return

Hours approved in working time move to the payslip, from there into a SEPA payment file for the bank and into the TSD return for the tax authority. Each step takes its data from the previous one; there is no Excel in between. The tax engine is rule-based, so a change in the law does not require a change in code. Payroll cost is split across departments and projects to the cent and reaches the general ledger automatically.

  • Gross → net through a rule-based tax engine
  • TSD and APA in machine-readable format
  • SEPA pain.001 payment file
  • Absences flow in from working time automatically
  • Payslip in the employee's self-service
  • Cost allocation to the ledger, accurate to the cent

Working time

Rosters that know the law and warn you before, not after

A work plan is a document that binds a period's shifts and people into one approvable whole — not just calendar notes. The same plan can be viewed three ways: the resource view shows whether staffing is covered, the shift view shows who is on which shift, the employee view shows one person's month. Rest periods, night work, overtime and aggregated working time are checked while the plan is built, not at month end.

  • Legal checks while the roster is being built
  • Automatic shift planning
  • Employee preferences taken into account
  • Absences in the same view as the roster
  • Aggregated working time periods
  • Approved hours flow through to payroll

Private AI

Your invoices never go to a cloud AI

All of the artificial intelligence — reading invoices, posting suggestions, the assistant — runs on our own GPUs. Not a single request is sent to a cloud AI. The posting engine looks at how you recorded similar costs before and suggests the same; the more you use it, the less you have to correct. AI proposes, a human approves — no suggestion reaches the general ledger without review.

  • All AI runs on our own GPUs
  • Purchase invoice recognition from machine-readable PDF
  • Posting suggestions based on your own history
  • Bank line matching, with the reasoning shown
  • The assistant answers from your own data
  • AI proposes, a human approves

The screenshots show the Estonian interface. The application also runs in English.
